[OOC: Another AU pet person tale. Continuation of this thread!]
~
Saga was a feral stray wolf. His life started living out in the streets, fending for himself alone as an orphan as his family was long gone. That is until his life changed when he was found heavily injured in a backyard belonging to a human, and after that human showed him a loving kindness he never though existed in humans before until now, and on that night, a decision is made and she become his owner.
In the few weeks that he stayed with her, Leanne took a chance and she changed him and he was transformed. From a wolf who is barely recognizable in a tangled mess of fur and hair, with love and care thanks to Leanne, from the visits to the vet to get him healthy again, and then being styled by a groom to sort out his thick hair and mane, and now his mane of hair and fur began to have a shine and healthy glow. Then he began to eat to yummy meals and have a healthy diet of meats, and going on walks when she can manage, he become a handsome, healthy wolf, strong and lean, strong enough to even chase away the racoons thieves that ravaged her backyward.
By the end of the month, he becomes her pet for good as he's the sweetest wolf he can be. He was collered with a metal name tag to show he is owned by a human. In the beginning, he looked scary due to living on the cold street for so long, but with the change, he kept her warm on her bed when she allows him, protected her using his strength, and stayed by her side when she needed him.
There isn't much he wanted, as he likes being fed, a warm house, a soft couch to sleep on, and greeting his owner each night she came home, and hopefully tonight is the night she take him for a walk, or if she's too tired, make time for playtime and pamper time, since he's growing to used to her affections. Although he's a wolf, bigger than a dog, he's becoming a very big dog as he learns to be tamed like one.
The TV is on, as he's learning to watch a few interesting shows to learn human speech properly, but he didn't quite get the hang of it. He was waiting for the couch, waiting for her return from work. Any minute now, the door will open, she'll come home, his tail wagging eagerly...

"Money not important. Your life and happiness important. If you go back, it will happen again. I can feel it, I will lose you. That's why I must fight. Those guys...they fight like it's the streets. You're human, too beautiful for the streets. Streets no good for you."
With a nod, "Sound good, but..." He growls, protectively, as he looks at her real fierce. "Boss is a man, not a wolf. Don't care if he's mad. If he hurts you, I will hurt him. Boss is man and can't fight like a wolf. Boss is weak."
He licked her cheek, wanting to heal her hurts, then tenderly cupped her cheek. "Don't go...take me with you. I love you." Licks, licks, and a kiss on her cheek and on her hair with his lips. "I love you. I go with you and if they fight, I fight. I fight that man. You are my life. I will protect you with my life." More kisses, wet wolf kisses.

"Saga... But... Money is important. Also... there are girls there that if I am not there, they will become the target of boss's anger." Like Helena. That poor girl with so many siblings counting on her. She couldn't prevent all the beatings towards her but she could shield her from most of them. "One of them, she claims that she sees a feral wolf on her way home every night. One that has a scary face at first, but she is growing attach to him."
Then he goes to look so fierce and like the alpha predator that he is. "He may be weak but... He has a lot of followers you will have to get through in order to get to him. They are just as bad as him." Her body goes to start shaking and trembling in fear out of pure reaction of thinking of either her boss or his men.
She was snapped out of her fear when he goes to start licking her cheeks and then kissing her. "I love you too, you are my happiness. If you come with me, they will kill you. I won't be able to live with myself if they kill you before I brought you with me. I love you, love you so much Saga. You are my light and happiness."
Perhaps it was his words and his kisses which causes her to return his kisses with some of her own. She can easily felt her and if she wasn't in so much pain, she would be currently trying to do more than just kissing right now with him.

He only nodded, and can't think of anything else to say. It was a long and exhausting day. He wished he was human, then maybe he'll be equal footing on them, but then the result will be the same. That's why he watched those movies to understand humans and be like them, but alas he thinks of himself as a wolf first and foremost.
"Light and happiness..." He can sense her pain as his kisses made her wince. "Leanne, go see doctor..." He whimpered, but by now, he felt small too, even with his pleas. His licks and cuddles won't help heal the hurt on her body, and his strength is not enough to overcome his enemies.
"Let's sleep...." Though he fears she'll be gone tomorrow morning and later that night, she won't come back. Sleep will not come easy for the both of them tonight. He pulled the blanket over to tucked them both to bed, hoping his strong wolf body will keep her warm tonight.

The next morning, it was hectic. Leanne's phone kept ringing and ringing with calls from work, with voicemails and text. Most of the messages were to notify her that the boss went to the hospital where the son checked-in, angry texts and voicemail from the boss and his son, and then the text from the girls notifying her the police came before the restaurant could open, and one thing led to another, the resturant was shut-down and was being investigated by the police. Nobody went to work that day and no one knows when the restaurant will open again as it was taken over by the police. But the hour after the police came, the text and calls from her boss went quiet with no announcement about the police and the store closing at all.
Then by mid-morning, the police came to her house, knocking on her door and told Leanne they are here to make a report. Their cars are outside, making a noise with their sirens and radios. The police came with their own dogs, pet person german-shepherd breed wearing their badges and vest, on the police force, always ready to sniff for bad guys.
They asked her questions on the nature of the wolf bite incident yesterday asking for details, and she was informed she was being pressed charges by the same customer that Saga bitten. They asked for more information if he was a city registered and vaccinated pet, which Leanne, fortunately, did to prove he's not a feral pet, and when they want to examine Saga, as he shyly came out downstairs, slightly intimidated by the humans and the police dogs.
Their visit is not a short one, as their questioning to leads to more questions on the nature of the restaurant and they informed Leanne that there's a report of workplace abuse, which her coworkers texted and warned her earlier on the phone. Someone within the staff tipped them off and the incident yesterday sparked it, and they're on their rounds gathering information.
In the end, they gathered what they needed, and to Saga's relief, he is not a suspect and neither is Leanne. Police are scary. They written down her words, then bid her good-day, and they left, leaving Leanne alone with her wolf.
"Are they gone?" Saga asked as he peers through the window. "So many dogs." He was relieved he wasn't in trouble and he proves he's a good wolf and pet for Leanne.

She smiles sweetly up at him and nods her head. "Yes, you are my light and happiness, Saga." But then his pleas for her to go to a doctor and she shakes her head. "No... I can't afford to go to one and he will find me if I go. He will always find a way to find me."
A small nod at the suggestions of sleep and she moves to tuck herself as much as possible against him. "Sweet dreams, Saga." This was all she could ever need. Saga laying there next to her, offering his protection to her.
------
The next morning, she couldn't sleep as her phone wouldn't stop ringing and even breathing felt like her body was on fire with pain. Every text and voice mail from her boss made her almost wet herself with fear. She panics a little at the mentioning of the store being closed and relayed it to Saga. How?... How is she going to get money then? Granted that she didn't make much in the first place.
With the warnings, she was able to put on the makeup needed to hide her cuts and bruises from the police. When they arrived, she goes to open the door, doing her best to hide the amount of pain she was in. She showed them the papers of his registration and vaccines as well.
When Saga came down, she moves to hold his hand in order to give him comfort. She was surprised by the string of questions and after a few moments, broke down and told them everything she knew from the beginning.
By the time they left, she was nearly in tears from both fear and relief, finally being able to tell the police about all what happened there. She blinks at Saga's question and nods her head. "Yes, yes they are gone but... What am I going to do? The one you protected me from is pressing charges."
She started to shiver and cough as she was looking pale even with all her makeup on. "Saga.... Did it get colder in here?" She felt so cold and weak all of a sudden, her body was becoming number to all the pain that was coursing through it. It slowly dawns on her what could be happening and moves to lay on the floor in order to prevent herself from falling and getting more injured.
"Saga.... Get help..." She was feeling like she could black out at any moment.

So much confusion. "Maybe...Maybe I shouldn't..." Have come to see her? Shouldn't bite that nasty man who is hurting her? Yet, she was proud of him, that he stopped him, and he was brave and...Saga regret nothing when he drew blood, he was hurting her, and he will never forgive anyone. That's punishment is deserved and Saga is defending Leanne for justice. A pet protecting his beloved owner.
Then his mind become a blur. "Leanne?" Then one shock of events after another, and she's on the ground, looking sick. "Leanne!" Being frantic, he licked her face, sniffing her, circling around her, barking. "Leanne, wake up!"
What to do, what to do, what to do? He's circling around her, barking. She is hurt. He can't help. Who can't help? Doctor can help.
Luckily, it took him a few moments to get the phone and call 911 and call for help, call for doctor, and barking and yelling on the phone to come for help. "Did I do the right thing?" Eventually, in ten minutes, the ambulance came, and Saga opened the door, and they took her away into the truck and Saga watched sadly as they drove her away and take her to the hospital.
Leaving Saga behind in Leanne's home...and he's alone home on his own.

It was quiet for the few days that Leanne is gone. The house is empty, but he picked up her scent at the hospital where she was staying. Unfortunately, the hospital don't allow pets to visit, but he did leave flowers and notes at the front desk and asked the receptionist to deliver it to Leanne's room, to let her know that the house is all right and he's okay.
For a week that Leanne was staying at the hospital, Saga hit the streets again to fend for himself on his own. Still feeling that it was his fault for the entire mess, he lived and survived like he used too before he was tamed by Leanne, though being a pet now, it was an eye opener to how he was before as a feral and how he is now as a pet.
It was lonely as hell. Saga knew he grew fat, lazy, and comfortable, and he was mad at himself. He punched trees, he punched walls, and in rage, he hangs out at the junkyard to find any feral pets he can fight, destroying trash, chasing and snapping at other feral strays to pick a fight just to vent out his frustration and his rage until his knuckles bleed and hurt, not caring he's hurt, because none of his pain can equal to the pain Leanne endures just for his sake.
He could beat and kill those bad men, all them if he wanted to and if he has to, but a lone wolf is a weak wolf. He needed a pack of his own, so he can protect her with his own strength, and this will never happen again. A wolf's strength depended on the unity of the pack, and he knew he failed because he fought alone.
However, to have a pack of his own, he has to earn it. Unfortunately, that's no easy task as no wolf, feral or pet will follow an alpha unless he's proven he's strong, fierce, fit, and can fight them and prove his rights to dominance...even if that means fighting as many wolves he came across on the street and refusing to come home until he has a pack of his own, wolves who willing to fight for him and with him.

By the time Leanne was discharged from the hospital and was deemed healthy enough to come home, she will find that her house was the same as it was from before. Her phone had phone calls from her coworkers, her brothers, and her family, calling in to check if she's all right. But no phone call from the boss, his men, and the clients as that group went completely silent. In her mailbox, it's a letter of a court date to go and testify about the incident, a letter from the city attorney who fights on her and the girls behalf to take it to court, all concerning about the incident.
But no sign of Saga. The house is empty. He left no note. She has the house to herself...until the next night, he returned and he came back home through the backyard, bloodied and bruised, with scratches and bite marks all over his neck and arms, signs he fought animals. Saga simply decided to come home because it's getting cold, his body hurts, and he's weak from hunger, and checking in to see if Leanne came back.
With a whimper, almost in tears, he can't believe Leanne came back home. "Leanne? Did you come back? When?" He said, wagging. He's dirty and smelly again from living alone on the streets, and hurt too, and very hungry as he hasn't eaten well for the week that she was gone.
But of course, he would have refused to come home regardless until he has a pack of his own...so he didn't come alone. As Leanne will discover there's a chorus of barks and howls in her backyard.
"Welcome home. I missed you." He said crying in tears. "Look, Leanne. A surprise for you! I found a pack, a pack so no one will come and hurt us again."
When she opens a door, there they are, a pack of wolves. Very dirty wolves, their fur and manes thick that it's hard to see their true faces with the dirty and grime, and hungry wolves, and while it's night so it's hard to see them, they are in the backyard waiting, and howling and barking and whimper. "Saga! Where's the meat? You promise us steak!"
Turning to Leanne, "They're my friends now. Street is hard for them. They're hungry. I found wolf who knows Helena. His name is Deathmask, he comes looking for her because he can't find her. That one is Shura. This is one Camus. The one in the back is Aphrodite. They're the ones who want to come with me." Saga fought many wolves that he lost count, and that is all the wolves he could manage. Four wolves. A pack of five is better than one, Saga thinks.

------
When she woke up again, she was in the hospital and doesn't feel quite fully back. But one thing for sure, the pain was gone due to the medication they were giving her.
Soon, she was staying away more often and smiles at all the notes and flowers that Saga will bring her. She would often ask the nurses if her wolf can visit her before pouting when they told her no.
This week in the hospital, was a great bonding time for her and her co workers as each one went and visited her and to also get admitted for their own injuries. Though despite the times bonding, she misses Saga and was worried about him. Missing him always being at her side when she's home.
-----
The day of her discharge couldn't come fast enough. She was worrying about what the bill will be after everything they have done to make sure she was healthy again. This time, truly and genuinely healthy. She just smiles as she signed the discharge form, before heading out of the hospital. A co-worker was waiting for her in order to come and pick her up and take her home.
Leanne giggles at the thought of seeing Saga's surprise and happy face. She will have to properly apologize to him for probably scaring him. With a bright smile, she goes to open the door to her home and giggles out. "Saga! I am home~!" But there was no Saga and she started to panic as she goes to search the house.
She pouts as she couldn't find him and goes to head out into the back yard, idly hugging herself as the cold hits her still semi-injured arms and legs which were still bandaged.
She listens to the voicemails, smiling at the sounds of her family before blinking at the court summons and then the letter from the attorney. What? What was happening? What was going on? It was all too much right now and there was no Saga to comfort her.
She heads to bed to sleep once again alone before going easily back into the routine of what she was like before Saga entered her life. She was worried about her wolf and just went to clean the house and goes on her day as normal, making a phone to the attorney for him to come and get her side as well as her hospital papers the next day.
By nighttime, she just goes to flop into a chair finding herself tearing up as she realizes that Saga might not be coming back. That is, until she heard that familar voice and she perks up. "Saga?...." It was her beloved wolf and she moves at once to hug him. "Saga! I missed you so much! I was discharged yesterday."
But then, she got a good whiff of him and instantly stops hugging him. It was then she notices all of his injuries and frowns. "What happened? Are you okay? Are you hurt anywhere?"
She was about to order him to take a bath when she hears the barks, whimpers and howls of other wolves. Her eyes widen at the sight of his pack, what... What has her pet been up to while she was gone? She sighs and smiles up at him. "I am glad... Glad that you have found friends, my good boy."
And they all look almost like him when she first met him. "Helena? She was in the hospital as well. She left before I did and, I know where she will be soon."
And now, finally... What she has been waiting to see ever since she took the first whiff of Saga's scent. "No... No meat until all of you get cleaned. I can prepare steaks for all of you but... Baths first." She managed to get out in a commanding voice. "I just spent all day cleaning the house so I will not have all of you eat while making a mess of my house." A cheerful proper hostess smile. "You will all have to be cleaned one way or another. Saga, prepare the bath. I know where your collar and leash are."
Run, little wolves, run.
no subject
Saga wagging his tail, circling around her excitedly that she came back and she is getting better. "You came back." Looking embarrassed and ashamed at his messy state, all banged up and bloodied, but a shower, a meal, and some first aid medicine would be a start. His ribs are aching in pain again, from being pushed and shoved in the fights on the street, though he moves slowly almost limping. But for now, he thinks the pain is worth it, to protect Leanne and their home. "I must fight to get a pack. Pack won't follow a weak wolf. I'm not weak. I'm strong. This is all I have. Good wolves to fight and protect. Friends."
The wolf called Deathmask, and that's his street name because of his scars all over his body, he rushed up to Saga's side, sniffing and wagging. He's very tired, hungry, and cold, from living on the streets for so long. "Helena? Have you seen Helena? Where is she? Hospital?" He growls. "Is she hurt?"
The other wolves, Aphrodite, Shura, and Camus warily sniffed around the garden, but they are far too hungry to even think and they are skittish, curious and walk around slowy. "Saga where is steak?"
Saga has to keep them in line as their leader, and in howls, ruffs, and barks, speaking in wolf and not in English, and what looks like a fight will break out, they are working on forming ranks and determined who goes first.
"This one." Saga brings foward a light colored furred wolf, who looks slightly cheerful than the rest. "This is Aphrodite. He'll go first. Want clean water."
And it is so, that for the next hour or two, it's a lot of work to get the pack clean and keeping the order.
- - - - -
And Leanne's bathroom was a warzone of so much wolf's hair and wolf foot (paw) prints, soaps, empty bottles of shampoo, and pretty being used down until there's none left.
While his pack are being fed in the kitchen, Saga volunteered to clean the bathroom, his bathroom, grumbling and growling as he does so, since that's his favorite place and den in all of the house. But at least, now his pack will respect him and follow him because he heard them complimenting how the steaks are so good and so fresh with their bellies filled. Deathmask constantly asked for Helena, and it took him a while to calm him down that she isn't here as he thought.
Still, just like the first day since Leanne met Saga, it's hard to make them out as each of them has long thick hair and fur, that a trip to a groomer will fix them up. Still, that's a long way to go as Leanne told Saga that she wasn't sure of their finances since she lost her job.
"Don't worry. We're good now. If no money, we will hit the streets again and keep looking." Saga sighed after he ate dinner and all washed up. Now his trouble is the constant pain he was in. "The street is our home. I don't want to burden you and yet I want to stay with you. For now, where do they sleep for tonight?"
no subject
She jumps a little as Deathmask charges up and starts questioning her about Helena. "They were planning to discharge her today but they found some complications and needed to keep her a little longer. I know where she lives and I can take you there later."
But then the pecking order of bath times and after taking some of her own pain killers, she was ready to help with the inexperienced wolves with bathing. "Nice to meet you Aphrodite. Lets get you cleaned up and fed."
And the next hour or two was a lot of work for her recovering body. But eventually it was worth it to get them all cleaned.
------
This night was so exhausting as she feeds and takes care of Saga's pack. She was behind Aphrodite, trying to brush his hair of the knots and tangles so that he wouldn't look quite as much as a mess. Deathmask was the scariest one of the group at first but she did her best to try and calm him down as she groomed Aphrodite, ending the grooming with a small head message. Once done, she will try to move unto the next one in the pecking order. It was a futile cause but it was still a little relaxing for her to do so.
She relayed her current situation to Saga along with some of her fears and worries. But for now, he was back and she was happy to have him back. Her eyes briefly widen as he mentioned going back to living in the streets and frowns a little. But... It makes sense, since she doesn't know how long she can take care of him.
"I will fetch some blankets and pillows for them. The couch should fold out to make a bed and the chairs reclined as well." She gets up from working on the final wolf to start preparing the living room for them.
"Saga... Go ahead and rest if you like. I can take it from here. You won't be burdening me, you were never a burden to me." She blinks as she remembers something. "I have someone coming over tomorrow, to give him more information. Also, should Helena gets discharged, I will need to go and get her so she doesn't have to drive home. If the pack is still here, would it be okay to bring Deathmask along so he could see her again."
no subject
The couch doesn't have much room, but somehow Shura, Camus, and Aphrodite can fit. Deathmask couldn't fit, and too proud to even share until Aphrodite has to calm him and he sleeps by the edge sitting up what space is left of the couch. They're not uncomfortable and it's a lot better and warmer than sleeping outside in the cold.
"They should be fine. We'll figure out a plan tomorrow." From Saga's point of view, it's a long day, and he hoped he can keep the pack together. Though he senses Leanne's uncertainty, multiples of them, whether she can keep them all or not as she spoke about money a lot if it comes to that...that means hitting the streets for them all.
For now, he has their support, and that's important, and Deathmask didn't put up a fight at all, as he owes him a favor of reuniting him with Helena.
He turns to Leanne and gently tugged her to the bed. "You're safe now. No one will come to this house to hurt you. I won't leave your side. Not a burden." He sighs. He's not sure what to do, as he knows he can survive the streets yet he didn't want to leave her side as a pet. For now, as a wolf, having a pack is important and a means of security for him and Leanne, not sure what problems it would bring or if it's a lasting solution.
But having a pack means protection, and that means protecting her, and to him as a wolf, this is the solution.
"No one will hurt you ever again." He ruffed, and that bed, how he missed it so and it has her scent that the heaviness of sleep hits him automatically when he got on it. " So tired...how about you?"
no subject
"Yes, we should wait to see what tomorrow will bring us. Your pack, they are welcome to stay here whenever they want. Especially when its cold outside."
But then Saga's tugging and she yawns. "Thank You... Truly thank you. For doing all of this for one as myself." She can sense his inner struggles and sighs. "Your pack... Since it's still new they will need you more than me. Just... Come home every night? I can set up the couch again for them or find a way to make their sleeping area bigger."
She heads first into the bathroom to pull out multiple bottles ands starts taking pills and liquid medicine, before joining him on the bed.
She smiles as he mentioned how tired he was and goes to start petting him, moving to cuddle against him. "Then sleep my light. You have been busy and deserve the rest." She continue to pet him before leaning over to kiss him. "Probably need to go and restock on soaps and shampoos now." She giggles out.
no subject
All the pets and cuddles. "Miss you, Leanne." His tailed wagged tiredly. "This is all for you, so no one beats you again." A whimper, remembering the incident from the week before. "No one is going to hurt you."
He is back and Leanne is all right. Now hopefully with a pack, he could keep the peace that she deserves and protect this home.
- - - - -
What started off as days, the week trickled by before the impending court date. The wolves stayed with her, kept Leanne company, keeping her safe for as long they are all well- fed. Deathmask stayed for a week until Helena decided she wanted to keep him after all. Like the other girls, they feared what's going to happen to them, and he went home with her for protection, leaving with what's left of his pack. Eventually, the other girls who are interested, and Shura, Aphrodite, Camus left in a suit with new owners, leaving with just Saga behind with Leanne.
The wolves are still a pack and they held meetings in their chosen owner's backyard if they have too, keeping in touch by howling to each other at night or pick up phone calls from their owner phones to keep in touch, just in case they need each other to protect them from the bad guys. Those wolves act like good, watchful guard dogs, only they're bigger than their dog counterpart.
Her attorney made phone calls on some days, to keep her posted and updates of anything new on the case, but she predicted she can get a settlement and a large sum of money that she deserves if they win the case as there's enough evidence to countersue. She gave advice that Leanne should bring photos, receipts, paper works, her pet wolf to court as a witness and prove he is not a wild animal, he is a pet.
Weeks turned into a month until it was a court day. Going to court means she has to face her boss, the boss son, and all the clients there in the same room, but going where the girls are going too, she has to go.
Luck was on her and the rest of the staff favor that day. The judge and jury on scheduled court day that she went? The judge was a woman and the jury where there are more women than men.
- - - - -
The verdict was clear, and Leanne and the girls won, and justice was properly delivered. As it turns out, there were missing checks that they owe her, money to pay for her medical bills, and the rest of money for overall damages as a settlement. The judge ordered that the money is to be paid where it's due and a restraining order to protect everyone involved. All charges are dissolved.
A week after court, her paychecks began to arrive in the mail where her due is paid in full. All of them to pay off her bills. So much money she could have, but they have taken so much away from her from the years.
With the event over, she now has herself, her house, and Saga, who remains staying with her. "Money in the mail? Can we be happy now?" He asked.
no subject
Tears of happiness wells up in her eyes as she nods her head. "I missed you too. It was so lonely in the hospital without you there. My precious wolf." She goes to blush and gives him a quick kiss on the lips. He was her hero, protector and greatest companion and source of comfort. If only he knew how he saved her life by just being a part of it.
"Thank you.... Thank you so very much Saga." She yawns as she feels the medicine kicking in. "Welcome home, Saga...." And with that, she drifts off to sleep.
------
The week that the wolves were with her was quite fun as she got to learn more about each wolf and what they liked. She did her best to keep them fed, Rafiel sending her money to help with the costs of meat for them and taking them to the vets to get them their shots. The week went by fast and most of the day was spent pampering them as well as feeding them. She did her best to groom them without having to take them to an actual groomer and on some days, due to her medicine, fell asleep against one or two.
Deathmask was the first to go as his goal was Helena and she was glad that her friend decided to keep him. Hopefully he can deal with all of her younger siblings. Camus, Shura and Aphrodite soon gotten new homes with some of her closest co-workers. It was a little sad to see them but she knew that each one was perfect for each other.
The days flew by as there were still calls, vet and doctor's appointments to gather evidence for the case. So much evidence to help with their case, as well as testimonials and character witnesses for Saga by people who know him.
The day of the court was the worst day she can think of... Seeing her co-workers and having Saga there with her helped her gain the courage to testify against her boss, his clients and all who were a part of that horrible place.

When the verdict came back that they won, there was a lot of cheering, crying and hugging each other. The nightmare... It was over and they all finally got some justice. It was something worth celebrating.
Even moreso when the checks finally started to arrive in the mail. It could never replace what happened to her but now.. Now she can try and start a new life.
Saga's question causes her to blink a little before laughing. "Yes, Saga... We can be happy now. Money is coming in again." She just goes to hug him tightly, leaning up to kiss his cheek.
"We are finally free from the nightmare."

He hugs her tightly, a wolf hug. "You're free. Let's take a walk. Watch a movie in a theatre. Go have fun." He said, tail wagging, hoping to see his owner happy again. He will keep her safe so Leanne is free to go wherever she wants. Or stay home, and just enjoy each other company. "There's a new movie I want to watch. Maybe a love movie you might like?"

She giggles as he hugs her back, finally off of her pain medication and now, she just has the scars and markings which will never fade from those years. But they don't hurt anymore. "Yes, lets take a walk. Or we can go to the bath store and I can get you some oils and give you a nice full body massage when we get home."
And okay, she can't help but to laugh at his desire to watch a love movie. "Sure! I would love to go and see it. Just the two of us. Anything you want to do, Saga." Afterall, he was the reason why she is still alive, along with all the other hostesses. They all owe him their lives.

"Massage you say? Bath store? I can massage you too." So much wagging, as he likes the massages and hopefully she trust him to try on her too. Today will be a great day. He hoped today he puts her in a good mood that she can go shopping and that counts as a walk. "I hope it's a good movie."
Holding her in his arms, give a wolf kiss on her cheek since she's happy now. "Let's go today?"
no subject
She bursts out laughing as even if she can't see his tail wagging, she can certainly feel it. "Are you sure? You don't have to massage me if you don't want to." She giggles and shakes her head. "Even if it isn't, we got to spend time with each other."
And now, even more giggles as he continues to hold her and gives her the wolf kiss. "We can go today. We have all the time we could want right now." Especially since she isn't lacking in money anymore.

With a wolf ruff, "Spend time together. I would like that." And he remembered, she told him she loves him when she first took a chance and decided to adopted him. Part of him hoped that today, he is able to tell her he loves her in his special wolf way.
"Let's go today~" Yup, that means going for a walk, as Saga brought her a leash to connect to his collar, so that people wouldn't scream at a sight of a wolf trailing behind her and people in the neighborhood and in the mall can see he's a pet, and not a scary big wolf. He is so ready to go wherever she likes or spend time with him.

She giggles as he already brought to her his leash and she goes to connect it to his collar. "How about you lead this time? It could be fun to see where you like to go."
This playful sweet wolf... It was hard to see that he was the alpha wolf in his pack and got into horrible fights to assert his dominance over them. Though, they were all feral but now are pets for hostesses who were physically weak and needed protection.

"I would like to go to the cinema. Do you know the big one close to the mall? It's that one. And I want to try this drink called a 'latte' from the coffee shop and eat kettle popcorn. But I can't go inside because I scared people, not without you."
Saga did indeed take the lead, but going slow as wolf walk faster than humans, and he walked slowly so Leanne can catch up with his pace. It's a beautiful day with the sun shining and people coming out, and Saga is sniffing around.

"Then we should go there and watch the movie, drink a latte and have some kettle popcorn. All those things are sweet, are you sure you want to try them?" She smiles even more and nods her head. "You won't have to worry about me leaving your side. From now on, I will always be by it."
And off he goes! She giggles as he takes the lead, glad that he slowed his pace down to let her catch up with him. Today, it will be a day where he takes the lead. To make up for all those times she couldn't go with him due to being trapped by her job.
Such an alpha wolf acting all excited and cute. Almost like one giant puppy with him sniffing around and enjoying himself. She loves him, so very much.

The sun is setting when the movie is over, and Saga is ready to ask her, as there's a lot of things on his wolf mind for a long time, but he couldn't ask because he doesn't understand, but he's getting ideas from observing good humans and watching a lot of movies.
Just a quiet walk and stroll through the dog park where the other owners are playing with their cute dogs, playing fetch or frisbee over green grass and trees with the calmness and peace of nature around them.
"Leanne, I was wondering. Do you ever wanted a mate?" He asked, his emerald eyes searching her own. "To love?"

The end of the day was nearing and they were at the dog park. She lets out a long contented sigh as she watches other pets and their owners playing and bonding. She goes to idly lean against Saga as she takes in the peacefulness of the setting. It was the perfect ending to the day.
His question and the look he was giving her... She blinks a little before frowning. "I... Did at one time. But... The boss... Those men..." She closes her eyes briefly closing. "But... I still would want a mate. But, who would want someone broken like me? I would annoy them with everything that happened to me.... No man would want that."
no subject
"I'm just wondering. Humans love humans to make a family." Except with Leanne's problems, having a family and children is out of their league, at least for now until it's safe. "Leanne can love to make a family."
He then wrapped his arms around her, knowing how hurt she is. "No man for Leanne. Wolf is better. I have fur, a man do not. Man is hairy and those men are mean." He took a bit of her hair to chew and nibble. "Love you Leanne, I Saga will make them go away and stay away."
no subject
"A family..." That is what a normal human would want. To find a mate and make a family with them. "Perhaps... Or perhaps not... I would need to heal first and then find someone... If I ever wanted a man..."
The next few moments were surprising and outright confusing... Saga... Saga was confessing to her. He was holding and confessing to her. She feels him going after her hair to chew and nibble on it and her cheeks turn bright red from blushing. "But! Butbutbutbutbutbut you are a wolf and I am a human! Wouldn't another wolf be what you want?"
no subject
Except he knows that's not what Leanne wants. Not a human man that's for sure, and ever since their trouble through all of that, he'll make sure it stays that way. Just him and Leanne.
Then smiling, with innocent like puppy eyes. "No. I want Leanne. So no man will hurt you again. I love Leanne." He wags happily. Just happily rubs his face on her hair to get his scent on her. "I'll keep Leanne safe. There are some girl wolves in the neighborhood, but I love you the most. You're very pretty."
Then quickly, being shy, he steps back to hide his blush. "B-but I'm a pet! You're human, so I'll protect you from other guys. So you won't get hurt ever again. I promise."
